More than admissions

We build the plan around who they actually are, so it has structure & soul, not just a strategy.

“Structure” is the plan: timelines, strategy, a realistic path to results. “Soul” is everything that makes your student more than a transcript: their curiosity, their voice, the things they actually care about. Most counseling gives you one or the other. We build both into the same plan, so the strongest version of the application is also the truest one.

A clear path forward

Big process. Human-sized steps.

01

Understand

Not a questionnaire, but real conversations about how your student thinks, what actually drives them, and where they come alive naturally.

02

Design

A plan sized to your family, not to a spreadsheet. Ambitious & realistic, at the same time, on purpose.

03

Develop

Depth over decoration. We’re not padding a resume. We’re finding the two or three things that are actually true about your student and making sure the colleges can see them too.

04

Position

Applications that sound like your student wrote them, because they did. Our job is making sure the admissions reader hears the same person you know at your dinner table.

There is a difference between a student who is trying to be impressive & a student who is trying to be known. One performs. The other connects.

What families say

Calmer homes & clearer students.
Families proud of how they got there.

“We started working with Seen & Accepted after our son’s freshman year, and we can already see a difference. He has a much better idea of what he should be focusing on, and we are not constantly wondering if we are doing enough or missing something important. We used to cringe when we thought about the college process. Now, we are actually pretty excited. We are so thankful we started early.”

“I had no idea how much went into recruiting or how I was supposed to talk to coaches. Tiffany helped me decide which camps to go to and prepared me for conversations with coaches so I didn’t feel awkward or say the wrong thing.

Whenever I got an offer, she was one of the first people I wanted to tell because I knew she would be just as excited as I was. She also helped me not rush into saying yes just because a school wanted me. We talked about whether I would actually be happy there, even when I wasn’t playing.

I’m going into senior year feeling really good about where I am. I’m not stressed about applications or signing day because I know I found the right school for me.”

Specialized expertise

Every student is on a path. No two are on the same one.

Open a specialty to learn how Seen & Accepted supports students with distinct goals, talents, learning profiles, and educational systems.

STEM, Computer Science & AI+

Many technical students walk in with tools ready: Python, a robotics kit, competitions, or a model they fine-tuned over a weekend. We help you sharpen your tools, but tools aren't the story. We help you document what you've built with them, and just as much, how you got there: the false starts, the version that broke, the decision to rebuild it differently. That process is what actually shows depth, and it's what we help students put into words.

Neurodivergent Learners+

We start by taking the time to understand how students actually think and work. From there, we build real tools around it, including executive functioning strategies and accommodation advocacy, and help find the environment and the support where they'll genuinely thrive. We also help them understand why those supports work, so they can start building and asking for that structure on their own, in college and beyond, whatever they choose to share along the way.

International & Third Culture Students+

The US admissions system is its own language, and for many international families, it's a brand new one. We help translate it, what counts, what doesn't, which forms go where and by when. Once the logistics make sense, we help make sure the story underneath, shaped by growing up across cultures and systems, comes through clearly on the page.

Recruited Athletes+

Recruited athletes are doing two jobs at once, student and athlete, and the process asks them to prove both. We manage the coach communication and the timing decisions, and just as much, we help find where academics and athletics actually overlap, so the two build the same case instead of competing for space.

Visual & Performing Arts+

A strong portfolio or audition gets a student in the room. What keeps them there is a clear sense of who they are as an artist, not just technically skilled, but working from a real point of view. We help build both sides of that, the portfolio or audition itself, prepared to the standard each program expects, and the language a student uses to talk about their own work, so a reviewer understands not just what they made, but why they made it that way.

Pre-Med & Health Sciences+

Pre-med planning starts years before the application does. Course selection, clinical or community experience that's real instead of resume filler, and a narrative that actually answers why a student wants to go into medicine, not just that they do. We also help families think through the timeline itself, when to take standardized tests, when to apply, and how early academic choices in high school quietly shape options years down the road.

Business & Entrepreneurship+

Joining the business club is not a personality. We help students figure out what they're genuinely curious about, whether that's leadership, building things, or solving a specific problem, then connect that curiosity into something an admissions reader can actually follow from one activity to the next. For students who've already started something of their own, a small business, an app, a nonprofit, we help make sure that story reads as real initiative, not just a resume line.

Global University Admissions+

The US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Asia each want something different, on different timelines, in different formats. We help families keep track of all of it without missing a deadline or misreading a requirement that one particular system considers essential. That includes knowing when a single application works across multiple countries and when it doesn't, so families aren't duplicating work they didn't need to do or missing something a specific system quietly requires.
